Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Airbnb as a guest for about 9 years, but I’ve only recently started hosting.
I’m still in the early stages and not getting many bookings yet, so I’m trying to better understand how my listings are performing.
I wanted to start by looking at the KPIs and statistics provided by Airbnb (views, conversion rate, search performance, etc.), but I’m having trouble finding where these are located in the platform.
Could anyone point me in the right direction or share which metrics are the most useful when starting out?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Amber
@Amber1175 when you find the stats they will not make sense. We often had bookings when the stats said no one had viewed the property!
Hi, can you indicate where do I find the stats please ? could you give me feedback on my listings please (no filters just most bold and direct possible)
@Amber1175 I'll leave the location to someone who knows where it is.
I had a quick look at one listing and it said it had free parking on site then paid parking on site on the next line.
The pictures seem to show lots of messy wires from the tV.
I suggest you look at the listings as a guest sees them and correct the contradictions. Also check all the amenities as more become available once you list.
Finally have you switched on pro tools to get the multi calendar which is essential for your number of listings
You are right and & thanks for the call out on the cables ! the electrician is indeed coming tomorrow to fix it.
I do not know where to switch on the airbnb pro tools can you help with that
@Amber1175 yes I can remember that - Go into your account (NOT a listing) by clicking on your picture. Then pro tools is one of the 9 or 10 boxes that come up.
