Advice on your space

I got an email in march saying that my listing had been deactivated. I cant talk with anyone at airbnb and the chat doesnt help at all. The email was saying that i was having an issue with MA department of revenue, but i called and its updated, no issues.... Latest reply by Charles224

As a host, are you allowed to use a stock photo as your profile picture and a fake name to protect your real identity? The listing itself would be LEGIT with accurate photos, descriptions, etc. but just the host info (name and photo) would not be accurate... Latest reply by Alexandra316
