Advice on your space

Check-in times can only be selected at the hour (eg 4pm, 5pm, etc). My property mgr changed my check-in time to 4:30p. Ive contacted Airbnb w/ no luck to add :30 times. Any advice? Latest reply by Gianni265

Why are we being reminded about a request to book our cottage within an hour? When I asked this question I have this return - Exception ID: 37FF74E2. Basically blocking my input.
