home gym or no?

home gym or no?

Aloha from Maui. Seriously considering adding a small home gym to our unit. I'm looking at the Tonal equipment that is touchscreen and has cables for all of the workouts. Do you see this as added value for additional revenue or do you see this as a liability with guests getting potentially hurt?

It will depend on how much it costs and whether you feel guests who are your target market will find it of value @Jeff2907

I would think yes, you need to address if there is  a market?      Personally  for me, a rental in Maui, would  be more attractive with bikes or boogey boards  to enjoy the island.

Aloha @Jeff2907 👋 , looks like @Marie8425 and @Helen3 have made some valid pointers when looking into preparing a home-gym for your guests. Have you considered the factors mentioned by them? How are you progressing with these amenities and providing tonal equipments?
