The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts.
Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.
This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!
Whether you’re a new or longtime Superhost, we want to hear from you. What helped you reach this achievement? How did you go above and beyond for your guests?
Share your insights in the comments to inspire and support other hosts.
Congratulations @Shawn432 🎉

“Adjustments” SCAMS- Is Airbnb aware of Support Team stealing money and closing tickets to avoid suspicion?? Is Airbnb in on it…is it encouraging scam??
Hosts and Superhosts: Review your cancellation and adjustments to ensure it matches and sound off below.
They are taking significantly more money out of cancellation under one reservation and then claim they are taking the money for cancellation that happened in 2024 even though we are in 2026 and original cancellation happened in Dec 2025. The transaction history, the screenshots of the money that was “adjusted” can be found but it is stolen from me/ Superhost and guest (even maybe the Airbnb, itself) by the Support Team and when you question this then they will close the ticket and pretend they don’t understand the issue or concern or claim they “resolved” it.
1. They said some ambassador gave the $359.04 to the guest and then it changed to
2. 5 very weird list of cancellations from 2024 as the reason why the adjustment was made.
3. When I raised questions about the transaction history or these claims from 2024, they closed the ticket without answering any of questions
4. Called them all day yesterday and did not provide answers, over 60 agents refuse to open tickets or address the issue but these ambassadors don’t know anything to comprehend or understand the issue.
It is DAY 5 of trying to resolve the corruption within the Support Team. Is anyone else having this issue? Is Airbnb aware of these adjustments scams and where is the money going to if it is not going to the guest??? if no one in the US is part of the Support Team then are they aware of it or are they in on it??? How many hosts and superhosts losing their hard earned money over this scam???
(I can't add the screenshots)
The Superhost program is a great way to Recognize Hosts and give back to the Airbnb Community.
For the last 5 years, I have enjoed being part of Airbnb, hosting Guests from around the world has been very rewarding.
Introducing Guests to Brandon, Manitoba, Canada 🇨🇦 and surrounding area helps add to their stay but it also helps support Local Businesses.
The best part is reading the Guests reviews, and hearing how much they enjoyed their stay, and ways to improve their stay.
Thankfully Guests that have stayed here have continued to give me 5🍁 reviews, I am proud to continue to be recognized as a Superhost, and receive $100 towards my next stay on Airbnb..
What is 5🍁 review, well it is the same as a 5-Star reviews just my way of saying how thankful I am to be Canadian 🇨🇦 #elbowsupcanada

We’re so glad to have you in our community, and many congratulations on your achievement! 🎉
Is this your first time being recognized as a Superhost, or have you received this recognition before?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi everyone!
When the "response rate" for Superhost status is calculated, does it only look at the reply rate on listings owned by the host? Or does it also include reply rate for listings where the individual is a co-host?
In otherwords, if I have a 90%+ response rate on my own listings, but listings on which I am a cohost do not, does that affect my Superhost rating?
Thanks!
Hi @Alex1267,
Thank you for sharing your question with us! I’m tagging some of our wonderful hosts here to see if they would like to share some insights: @Joan2709, @Shelley159 and @Patricia2526
In the meantime, I’m also sharing this article, which might shed some light on the topic: Superhost Help Article
I hope this helps!
@Alex1267 Only listings where you are the listing owner (primary host) count toward these Superhost requirements .
Listings where you are a co-host do not contribute to your Superhost eligibility.
Good question
