Recognizing Superhosts

[Airbnb]

The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts. 

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

My Spanish isn't very good, neither is my French but I continue to dabble in several languages, which definitely helps in a country as diverse as Canada 🇨🇦 

Airbnb gives me the opportunity to meet amazing Guests from around the world, a few have even settled here in Manitoba and have become friends.

Just another reason that I'm glad to be part of Airbnb.

Hi everyone! 

When the "response rate" for Superhost status is calculated, does it only look at the reply rate on listings owned by the host? Or does it also include reply rate for listings where the individual is a co-host? 

In otherwords, if I have a 90%+ response rate on my own listings, but listings on which I am a cohost do not, does that affect my Superhost rating?

@Alex1267 Only listings where you are the listing owner (primary host) count toward these Superhost requirements . 

Listings where you are a co-host do not contribute to your Superhost eligibility.

Wow! We are honored to be part of the Superhost community!  

 
We own a beach house in Galveston, Texas with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, wrap around balconies, hot tub, and are located 150 steps to the beach, near the convention center and  pier.
