Host need to be prompt in the responses and must be ready to organise its premises based on the feedback from the guests which help in providing the best and comfortable stay to the guests. Take good care and make them feel at home. Occasionally review the ratings from guests and take corrective measures. This is what I have been practising since the time we are on Airbnb. Thanks
