The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts. 

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

It’s really nice to see this — and to be part of a community that has grown so much over the years.

Becoming a Superhost is, of course, a great milestone. But for me, what it really represents is something deeper: consistency under pressure.

Hosting isn’t just about beautiful spaces or smooth stays — it’s about:

• managing expectations
• handling unpredictable situations
• protecting your property
• and still showing up professionally, every single time

That balance is what I find most interesting about this journey.

I host between Brazil and Mexico, and over time I’ve learned to treat hosting not just as hospitality, but as a structured operation — where communication, boundaries, and documentation matter just as much as guest experience.

To the new Superhosts: enjoy the moment — you earned it.
And also know that this is just the beginning of a more refined stage of hosting.

On April 6th Airbnb notified me that for the 5th straight quarter that I've maintained my Superhost Status.

And with 🍁 🍁 🍁 🍁 🍁 Guest reviews such as this one makes it very easy to continue to be a Superhost.

Been a super host for 5 years… air bnb rocks !

What has been your key strategy for maintaining this status over the years?

@Paula You gotta make sure that your properties are completely clean every single time and believe it or not I don’t trust anybody, but I do it myself because it’s my reputation. and by clean, I’m talking about clean sheets towels, your restroom, toilet your furniture, your floor mats bathroom mats your kitchen counters restroom counters in your floors are supposed to be shining. I have two right now long-term that they’ve been there for 12 months from the government and from Boeing. again, it’s because how the way you built your Airbnb. people wanna have things that they don’t have in their homes. I even have a karaoke machine which they don’t use that much at all. I also provide free cable pay-per-view since I have a box that will let them access whatever they want even local channels from wherever they live. you gotta take care of your people and you gotta make sure and treat your property like if it’s a five star hotel Airbnb rocks.
