The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts. 

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

This is indeed an amazing checklist @Sweet-River0. I like how your focus is on building trust through transparent communication. Since yours is a riverside campsite, do you often advise guests on what to bring for a comfortable stay beyond the amenities you already provide?

Our guests are typically outdoor enthusiasts who already have a good sense of what they need for rustic camping, so we don’t usually have to advise them beyond the basics. However, we always keep an eye on conditions and communicate clearly whenever something might affect their stay — weather changes, fire‑ban restrictions, river levels, or anything else that could impact comfort or safety.

If guests have specific questions about what to pack, we’re happy to guide them, and we’re always willing to provide a checklist upon request. So far, most visitors have come well‑prepared, but we make sure they know we’re here to support them.
