Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

Hi everyone!

I’m so excited to finally join the Superhost family! 🥂

I host a cozy studio apartment right in the heart of Hilversum.  I started renting it out on weekends when I’m away to share that vibe with others. It’s been such a rewarding journey so far! 🌿

I personally organized the apartment to ensure everything is just right, and I always focus on that "arrival feeling." I make sure the lighting is warm and the space feels welcoming the moment the guests walk in. It makes such a difference!

Basically I’ve been in the business since 2020. I used to be a property owner, but they weren’t paying and destroying your places. my Airbnb’s are close to downtown San Antonio. I saw most of my properties because I wanted to do Airbnb’s so I kept a few and here I am. it’s all about clean and neat not too much furniture and you gotta make it pop. epoxy floors skylights, wooden floors basically you wanna have a place that whenever they go to the web they’re gonna say I wanna stay there. for the first time, I’ve had two booked solid for a year now and they just booked two more months today for one of them. the other one is month by month, but he said that he’s here for work at Boeing and when I ask him, when is your last day, he said I can stay as long as I want, which is fine with me. bottom line. It’s all about clean Airbnb’s and you have to make them pop. Good luck to everybody else out there Airbnb rocks!
