4 Near Identical Properties different results

We have 4 nearly identical propertirs located next door to each other. 2 of the rentals appear on page 1 or 2 of most searched while the other 2 dont show until page 6 or 7. Again the rentals and rates are near identical.

 

has any one else experienced anything like this?
