Hello @George2407

Your listing is live on Airbnb and your calendar open.  However, please bear in mind that there is a lot of competition and in a search, there are only 15 pages with 18 listings showing so not everyone will get selected by the algorithm as it has over a thousand listings to choose from.

I've been onto your listing and there is very little information for the guest on what you offer and what makes your space special.  Because you haven't entered the size of the beds, you are missing that all important "Where you'll sleep" section.

The more your listing is complete, the better your chances are of being selected.  I would also suggest adding all the amenities per room as guests tend to look at the pictures more than read the description.

As a new host, you will get a boost from Airbnb so you need to make use of this "honeymoon" period well as it does not last long.  Make sure your pricing is attractive compared to other more established listings.  Go onto listings to see how they have described their listing compared to you.

Very cute property

I see 4 beds and 4 dining seats.  Max 5?  I suggest don't promote sleep on the couch.  As the next potential Guest, I am wondering condition and  smell of the couch?

Airbnb does have per person pricing, you should use if my typical group is 3 and occasionally I get additonal for the fourth.Sticker shock happen to the potential Guest clicks and pricing jumps every person.

Put pictures in the kitchen and dining Room Airbnb Room Folders.

Check amenities it incorrectly says No Essentials.

Turn on the Airbnb New Listing Discount.

Stair pictures are good but entry stairs backyard stairs What?

Give me ideas in the description.  Your set up for parents and children visiting your area.  How do I entertain children you know I don't know.
