Add/Delete Sleeping Arrangements?

Hi! I am looking to add a queen sleeper-sofa to our sleeping arrangements but it is in the Gameroom. I am also trying to remove the Living Room from the sleeping arrangements sections as there isn't an area to sleep in there. Thank you in advance!

To delete the bed that's in the Living Room you need to go onto your Photo Tour and select Living Room.  Under sleeping arrangements, you need to move the cursor to 0 beds to remove the bed.

As for adding a bed to the Games room, unfortunately Airbnb haven't set up their system to allow you to add a bed in that room.  You can tick bed linen in the list of amenities but not an actual bed size other than adding it under the photo itself.  But this won't add that extra bed to your listing unfortunately so am unsure how to advise as your listing will be a bed short.
