Air BnB wants to remove my listing

Hi we need some help a guest gave us a bad review and air BnB wants to remove our listing guest got very up set because we charged her to pay us  for the lost pool keys trash everywhere in the house and they smoked weed in the house also we had to block 2 days to get the smell out renting ozone machine the moment we send her message that we will charge for all the above things she immediately retaliated says the house was dirty smells funny and bathroom dirty it’s all a lie can someone help me we are trying so hard to keep it this listing thanks any help we appreciated they broke the house rules now they are blaming on us

@Luiz916 if she retaliated then you just need to show airbnb that or speak with the next person. once they can see that then you can get the rating removed. also it helps posting a big disclaimer once they have booked with the rules and if they acknowledge them too.

Not at all, you need to keep calling airbnb and seeing if you can show that. I had to speak with them before and see if you are able to show that and also have their rating removed too.
