AirBnB Sending incorrect check in and check out info automatically to guests.
AirBnB sends an auto generated message with the wrong check in and check out times. I have changed/checked the times listed in the "Arrival Guide" on the website for the listing. Please help if you've experience this. If not, how do I contact someone from AirBnB to fix. So far seems like AirBnB is lacking in host support...what exactly are we paying for?
Ok, finally found it. For those who do not know you can change the automatic generated messages by going to the filter function in messages. Not very intuitive to find but it's in there.
