Hello I just purchase this property just a month ago and spent so much time and money to get it listed on Airbnb. Just a few days ago, I got an email from Airbnb that my listing will be taken down due to a duplicate listing from previous owner because of reported issues "bad reviews, high guest cancellaction" etc. We have called and message Airbnb, provide new title/deed, closing documents, utility bills etc to show the new ownership owner.
I got an emailed back saying "We understand this isn’t the outcome you hoped for. We have given careful consideration to your case, and we would like to reiterate that we won’t be able to reactivate your listing. Your appeal is now closed, and we won’t be able to offer you any further support in this case at this time. What else can I do?
