Hi @Jem199 - your property looks clean, tidy and well set up. The initial thing that hit me on the photo presentation is that I was seeing 4 photos of the sofa from different angles! Its likely the order in which the photo tour is set in but if you can swap the order so that on the home page you are seeing your profile image then one bedroom, one dining, one exterior and one local area so that at a glance a prospective guest can get a snap shot of all the property offers. Also your property profile picture while nice needs to be a 'stop the scroll' type photo... its hard to stand out when there are so many amazing properties listed so I think a good way to compete is to show a picture that represents the experience your guests will have at your property - eg you have a photo of a close up of the dining table set beautifully, this stood out to me, and also the one of the partial dining through to kitchen shot. These - to me allow me to imagine myself there eating a meal. The last thought was bed photos, the beds are beautifully made and look neat and tidy - for me when I'm shopping a place to stay, I'm looking for a bit of bedroom luxury so I like nice cosy looking beds - you can take Inspo from magazines and hotels in how they present the bedrooms - for some reason the all white always sells really well. Just some thoughts and ideas - good luck!

Thank you so much for your feedback. I appreciate how detailed it is and specific with good starting points for improvement. I have changed the arrangement of our first 4 pictures. And we will definitely take into consideration how to make the bedrooms look cosier with a “I want to stay there” feeling.
With the all white, did you mean all white beddings? Or also all white walls too? We love the green walls but not sure it’s fit for rental. Thanks.
