Apartment split

Hi

i have a building in Lisbon that has 4 apartments. Each apartment is split in 2 complete studios full equipped. Each of the studios has a separate entry, a complete bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Can I list the 2 studios separately using the same license number in the 2 listings?
