With the new calculation of the 15.5%, I was looking over my current price settings. I have a $35 amount listed under "Management Fees". I don't think I added this, is this something that is caused from the new way of paying the 15.5% fee?

It's not part of the Airbnb change to the single fee structure @LaVerne29
The mandatory change only affects the Airbnb "Service Fee".
The Management fee is in the Pricing tab of the calendar, it's one of the additional fees.
If this Management Fee was there all along and you didn't know about it, it's probably not a big issue. You would've been paid the Management Fee per booking. If you were happy with your pricing as it was up to now, you can leave the management fee there or add it to the cleaning fee (which is also per booking). Either way, when you run the update tool to switch to the single fee, the correct percentage will automatically be added to this fee as well.
If you have "professional hosting tools" activated, then a "management fee" can be set in the pricing section.
I suggest to check this setting on your lisiting.
