Availability radio buttons greyed out

Having a weird new issue...on my calendar, I can't mark days as "not available" anymore. The radio buttons are still there, but for all dates (including unbooked/open nights) they're not selectable (see attached image).

Any idea how to fix this? I frequently block nights for personal use/maintenance etc.

What happens when you set the rule set for that night to "None". Do the buttons show up then?

Have you tried opening on your standard view calendar?

I figured it out on my own, it was a PMS thing, it requires me now to use it for calendar management. thank you!
