Recently I got reported by guests that I didn’t expose the exterior CCTV in my listing and Airbnb refund them all after they stayed, left and then cancelled and then claimed full refund. After I fixed it, I realized a question What about the property that is located in a gated community (about 3000 Sqm big), Do I need to disclose all the cctvs in the community and common areas of the community where the property is located ?
Thank you.

To be extra careful, I would just add to the camera disclosure areas that you are in a gated community that has exterior cameras throughout the property and that you do not have control of those cameras.
Hello @Jeffrie1 👋
Sorry you went through that. Have you had a read of Airbnb policy related to Informing guests about security devices?
Do you have any local regulations about security devices, in particular disclosing them to guests?
