Calculation of ttl price reservation

I have my 1st reservation for 2 nights (2 persons). My price is €140 per night (for up to 2 persons), plus €60 cleaning, plus €33 washing sheets (for 2 persons). That is €373 in total. Why did I received a message (from airbnb) for  (2 nights) 2 guests for € 359.12? Is this the amount I receive after subtracting Airbnb fees (=3,7%)?

@Eleni242 Yes the Airbnb fee is 3% + VAT so this sounds about right. Also be aware that your guests have paid 14.2%+VAT on top of your total price.
