I'm not getting any new bookings. At first when I listed I got bookings, now I'm getting nothing...and barley any views! Not sure what to do.

@Gianpaul0 When you first list, you do get a boost in exposure to help you get started, sounds like that boost has now expired. There is a lot of factors why you are not getting looks now; position, prices, location, economy, competition, etc.
One thing that you should consider, best not to try to attract guests by allowing so many people (16, the max allowed by Airbnb) for a 5-bedroom place, for starters it wouldn't look so nice after a 16-person herd gets done with it a few times; the slight increase in price at the 14 point wouldn't cover the wear & tear. Also it will inevitably spell trouble with your neighbors in such a close community; hard to keep 16 people gathering in one place quiet.

Thank you @Fred13 . I've noticed large groups like to book the home and the other listings in the area, they allow 16 guests. not sure what to do to get exposure
Tricky, I grant you but oftentimes less is better, especially when it co,mes to the risk of parties or get-togethers that get way too loud.
