Christmast Specific Dates

Is there a way to create a setting so I show my Guest Home ONLY AVAILABLE from December 20th until January 1st, 2022.  I am (sadly) unable to figure out how to make the settings so my place only shows available for those specific dates!

Only have those dates available on the calender, block all other dates.

Or

 

Set "availibility window" to "dates unavailable by default" and make only the dates 20-12 to 01-01  available.
