Create 1 airbnb listing that connects listings at the same property to host larger reservations

We own the old post office in the golden hill neighborhood in San Diego.  All four (4) units are 3 BR and 2 BTH and are licensed as short term rentals in San Diego.  We have 4 separate listings, however want to offer the ability for guests to book all 12 bedrooms or 9 bedrooms  -  6 bedrooms instead of offering reservations for just one (1) 3 BR and 2 BTH unit.  

Is there a way to create master listing and sync the individual listing calendars, so that we have optionality to host larger guest reservations vs. only renting one (1) unit at a time?

@Abbe54   You can create a master listing for all 4 units at once.  But you then have to create a listing for units A,B,C together, units A and B together, Units C and D together -- you see the problem?  So many combinations to stay on top of.  

How many of your guests have expressed an interest in having two or more units at the same time?  Would you possibly be creating an issue if you have an extended family renting multiple units for a reunion/event and creating a disturbance for the guests in the left-over unit?
