I'm a new owner and this is my first listing. Would love your suggestions for improvements. Here's a link:
First thing I noticed is how well you present things in sequence: first the 2-bedroom house and for 4 guests and started with outside photo before entering.
I would move the kitchen ones to 2nd and 3rd since they show the kitchen table and kitchen counter/appliances which is the center of living, and then to living room and ultimately to bedrooms. When you get a chance replacing the 2-3 photos of the living room with ones less wide angled may look better. Backyard worth showing, with a BBQ or anything cool like that?

@Christine3618 Use the photos caption option to help describe your property more clearly. It really helps.
Your nightly rate is too low, and your cleaning fee is too high. You should absorb some of the cleaning fee cost into your nightly rate. $98/night for four guests is ridiculously cheap, and you'll attract a class of guest that you don't really want.
Last, take out the bit about being in Illinois. It firmly establishes that you are not local to the property, and troublemakers will make note of that. Also, take this "We are new to renting and welcome your suggestions to improve the renter's experience." out. You can include that in a check-out message or in private feedback when you're rating your guests, or in a suggestion box in the house.
Guests target new hosts. You're making yourself vulnerable to problems this way. You're better off including something about having a local property manager/co-host (even if you don't), and/or change the location on your AirBnB profile to be local to your property.
Last, you mention new furniture for the lanai, but you haven't included any pictures of it. Add a picture of it.
