For pricing most helpful is turning om Airbnb Professional Mode.  Then under the Menu Option you have an option of Insights where you can see how your ad even pricing compared to similar listings,

The things I notice beautiful deck and view any chairs outside?

I have 5 people but your table only seats 4.

The picture of your sleep sofa hard to see the sofa.

Your dings on Review Categories' need to be addressed they are not good.  Cleanliness is extremely important to renters and the further away from a 5 the bigger the issue.

Other areas like location or value.  Something wasn't horrible but not as expected.  You need to update your ad so next guest is not confused.

Many of your reviews compliment location to their desires.  Happy Guests are the best advisors. Haha  Highlight in your ad and title things they liked.  Create Guidebooks to talk about those areas your connivant too.

I think your photos don't do justice to your beautiful home, there is margin of improvement there 😉 for example I would put a closer photo of your house as cover photo.
