I have noticed a decrease in bookings. Any help would be appreciated!

What a wonderful place you have!

Looks like you have had a lot of success over the years!   I would maybe suggest this..

I would change your first photo. Maybe use a shot of the living room, so you see the space? Or an outside picture of the house? 

The other suggestion I have is to tell a bit more of a story with your description.  

You have wonderful concise headings, but  I would add a sentence or two under each heading. For example:   200 steps to the beach! (describe the beach.. "a wonderful stretch of beach, perfect for swimming and all day fun. Or for the adventurous, watch the sun come up" .

Tell a story with you description of the house and location.  "a cozy living room and a great place to gather to plan your next day or celebrate a special occasion" "comfortable bedding, a perfect place to drift off to sleep" .

Every house has a story, and yours is a good one as well!  Tell us about it!

You 2 places look wonderful! 
I must agree with @John7474 with regards to talking up you spaces more & what makes it special. 
I must agree with the photos too. More outside, front of house. View from the front. 
1-block from the beach, show a picture in that direction. 
Also talk up your neighborhood. What else is there to do. pictures of the community, etc.

You have done extremely well in the past. Have you checked out your competition with regards to pricing, seems a lot of hosts are currently taking a hit with decrease bookings. Possibly a promotion?
