Can someone critique my listing please? It’s a new Airbnb and bookings are slow. Does having a lack of reviews contribute?
thanks!

@Ally1655 Yes, reviews matter. It looks like you have some bookings on your calendar coming up for July and August. Encourage those guests that stay with you to leave a review.
The listing is gorgeous with a lot of potential! The pics are horrible.. sorry but pics matter. Dark and blurry is not putting your space in the best light. I was going to suggest outside porch seating. You may have them but couldn't tell because the pics are so blurry.
Your listing states BBQ. Do you have a pic of it? Looks like you have the space for a fire pit too which is always a big draw if you are down for the liability of it.
You need staging of the spaces. Artwork, rugs, plants, lamps throw pillows, towels in the bathrooms.
The listing states all new but the furniture is very hodge podge and vanilla.

@Karen114 Thank you for your honestly lol I know my pictures were bad. I retook them today. Do you mind taking a look to see if it’s better? Thank you again!
@Ally1655 Yes! 1000 x better. You should see some improvement in bookings now. Great job!
Hi @Ally1655,
This is a really cool property in an incredible space! I think you've updated the photos in the listing in response to other feedback but it still lacks a certain warmth that would draw people in. I would recommend updating the curtains and adding some comfy blankets on the furniture. As you are pet friendly I would really highlight this upfront. My listing has been quite successful on how pet friendly we are. Showing some dog water bowels or supplies in the pictures may help as well.
I would take out some of the sun emojis in your "About this Space" section - it makes it hard to read. I ran all of our listing language through ChatGPT to ensure it is concise and approachable. I would restructure your About This Space to highlight the benefits of the home first and then mention the proximity to town. This reads almost like an ad for the town and not your home. I'm not sure many people will care about a distillery. There are probably many homes that are close to town and I want to read why I should pick yours over the others. You mention flower beds that you can pick up - I would create a couple flower bouquet and include them in your photos. Even if you don't keep up with the bouquets for each guest you can provide vases so that guests can pick and create them themselves. It would make the space brighter. Definitely invest in patio furniture. Look at other Airbnbs in the area and see how your pricing compares. You may need to lower it for a bit while you build up reviews.
Good luck! It's definitely a marathon versus a sprint.
