Hello community, my name is Jan Z. And I have my project in Colombia. (Please note that we offer multistay at same location), cabins for 2 or 4, villa for 12, and /or the whole farm stay for 24 guests.
Since, for many people, life on a farm always sounds idyllic and relaxing, farm stays have become a popular option. My farm in located in a picturesque Andean mountains location, the beauty of rural life offers nature, solitude, and an immersive experience.
I am looking for all of you to share some advice to help me stand out.

Hi there @Mauro463 👋
I'm just tagging in a few of our Hosts who may be able to pop by and give you their critiques - @Jermain40 & @Julie5882 would you be able to have a look? Thanks so much in advance.
I've added @Mauro463's listings in the original post.
Hi @Mauro463,
What a beautiful location! Your property looks so relaxing.
While I’m not sure what is customary in your location, I believe that having free on site laundry is a huge benefit to guests. I also recommend always having smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
Your listing says the units have double beds? A larger queen or king size would be preferred for most couples.
Best of luck!
Julie
