Custom Trip Lengths / Minimum Stay

Why are there two places to set a minimum stay / custom trip length??  It so confusing. I think I have set one and then I go to the other place where you can do it and it's not set.  I really wish Airbnb would improve this.

There are multiple ways to set minimum stay / custom trip lenght.

i suggest to use only rule sets (professional tools needed) for custom settings, as it is more  flexible and easy to manage from only one screen (the multicalender).

Somehow I have 'Custom trip lengths' over-ruling my standard availability settings. I have deleted these automatically generated Custom trip lengths several times but they keep showing up. Anybody has similar issues or a solution?
