Deleting a past booking.

How do I take a customer who has canceled off my calendar? I had a customer booked for mid August but the customer canceled. I refunded the customer 100%. But the customers booking still appears on my calendar. I have tried many times to contact Airbnb but they are very busy and I for the life of me cannot find the information elsewhere. How do I get that listing off my calendar? It’s quite important to me because it involves the rent I pay to my landlord. Thank you very much for your time and attention.

If a guest cancels a reservation, the (remaiining) dates on the calender should become available again.

If not,there might be some system error, and only Airbnb can solve this.
