Displayed name

Hi, I'm just setting up my Air BnB profile which requires my full legal name. This is now being displayed in full on the preview. I only want to show my preferred first name, but seem unable to do this??

Tell me how you made it because I have exactly the same issue. Even though I changed my name on AirBnb, it still shows me with the name I dislike over here. Not that I avoid declaring my official name for any reason. I have two first names and I never use one of them in real life. To be honest I dislike it, as it sounds too religious (at least in my country), unlike what I am 🙂

Dear @Hacı-Mustafa0, in order for other members to receive notifications, it is necessary to tag them. You can do this by using the symbol "@" and selecting the user from the dropdown menu, like I'm showing you in the picture below 👇

I have to say I was never able to work it out.

What I had to do in the end, was to only put my preferred name in the required BnB information box instead of my full legal name. This seemed to be the only way that I didn't end up with my other names appearing.

I really wish that this was something AirBnB could fix - to have a box for your preferred name to show on your BnB profile.
