i would like your honest suggestions and feedback back to improve a little bit more on my listings from your experience about photography and listing details. 
my listings is Entire villa in Malabe, Sri Lanka 12 guests5 bedrooms9 beds5 bathrooms

Welcome to the Community Center! It's great to have you here with us. Thank you for heading to the community to ask for listing feedback! 

I saw that in one of the pictures it says it's an eco home! 🌍 I'd love to know more about what makes it an eco house. 
 
I'd also like to tag in some hosts who may be able to share some feedback - @Dr-Jayanthi1, @Jonathan2534 and @Wade32  I wondered if you could offer some support/advice for @Madubashini0 here?

The major problem is your listing that rates below Airbnb's Standard of 4.8 and your below,  I can see most reviews are good but especially when you don't have a lot of reviews 1 or 2 angry Guests realy hurt.  

To fix

om the low listing nuke sure you fix all issues.  Look at your Category ratings along with the negative comments because like check-in just has the low score.

Once you have addressed everything.  Set an Airbnb Custom Promotion with the 20% Discount Airbnb will perform some free marketing.

Just for this rental turning on Instabook Airbnb Search will push higher,  I usually increase my notification days so I have time to vey.  Remember you can turn this tool on and off.

Regularly update your listing  The Airbnb computer reads date modified to determine new or old.  Updates can be major or minor the date changes.

For your new listings

1.  Review to prevent similar issues as first.

2.  Use Airbnb New Listing Discount
