Please note when setting a minimum stay for a certain time period, it does not set "a wall" around it.
So somebody can book 1 day before that time period with the "deafault" minum stay right into the "special time period". To prevent this you also need to lexperiment/limit with the check-in/out day(s).
Most flexible for this are rule-sets, as they can be re-used and applied to the specific time periods.
But you need to activate "professoonal tools" to use them.
More simple is using "additional requirements" in menu "availibility: , and set the minium stay for the specific time period.
Then manulay set the price in the calender for those dates.
