Fixed Period Stays

How do I set a fixed period number of nights?  I want to set my stays from Monday to Friday or from Friday to Monday.  The only days I can do the changeover are on those days.  I understand how to set a minimum and maximum number of nights. However this does not stop somebody booking on a Friday for 4 nights which then potentially leaves me with Tuesday to Friday of the following week unbooked. I just want Friday to Monday (3nights), Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Fri to Fri and Mon to Mon (7 nights)and thats all.

@Carolyne16 Switch on the Pro tools (available to all us amateurs) and then use rule sets to specify no check in or check out on certain days.

It means you need to set which check-in/out days you allow.

In your case only a Monday or Friday.

You need to create a ruleset for this and set some of the following options:

@Carolyne16  You could also leave out the Check-in/out restrictions and just block your calendar between guests until after Mondays or Fridays. This will limit your income,  but you will probably gain more bookings. I would also set a two or three night minimum stay so you are not blocking 5 days for just one night.

Thank you.  I think I have sorted it out with a combination of the above suggestions. Do Airbnb run a degree course on how to list properties?!! Maybe its just me but it seems very complicated to try and list the property just the way you want it.  I guess I won't know if it has worked until I hit the "list" button.
