Government Permission

I am Rajul from Surat, Gujarat, India.

I have 5 BHK individual bungalow which I want to host on Airbnb.

I want to know about legality of hosting a property on Airbnb in Gujarat and the permits/registration required to do so. Does Airbnb help for getting permission, if any required. I will be grateful if you help me out with complete process. My contact number is **.

@Rajul2 airbnb is a listing service, for any permits that may be necessary, you would need to check with and apply to the relevant authorities. It is also your responsibility to follow the local laws and regulations in your state/country.
