A story about guest safety, broken contracts, and why we’re rethinking rent-to-rent setups Hi fellow hosts I wanted to share...

Thanks for sharing your space, Jannett 😊
You have a solid base already — the property itself is attractive and the gated community is a strong selling point. A few small adjustments could really help it perform even better:
📸 First photo & photo order
The cover photo is clean, but I’d suggest making sure the very first image clearly shows the main living or sleeping area with good natural light. Guests often decide in a second whether to click or not.
💡 Lighting in photos
Some spaces would benefit from warmer lighting or photos taken at a brighter time of day. Natural light + warm tones usually make listings feel more inviting and calm.
📝 Description flow
Your description is clear, but you could strengthen the opening by focusing more on how it feels to stay there (quiet, relaxing, secure) before listing features. Guests connect emotionally first, then read details.
🛏️ Guest perspective
It may help to briefly highlight what guests care about most on arrival: bed comfort, bathroom, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and quiet at night. Even one short sentence can reassure them.
✨ Small touches
If you offer any thoughtful extras (welcome water, local tips, snacks, or a personal note), mentioning them subtly can help guests imagine the experience.
Overall, it’s a great starting point — just a few tweaks in photos and storytelling can make a noticeable difference.
Wishing you lots of great stays ahead! 🌴
Hi @Jannett22 😊
Your space is beautiful and has great bones — you did a lovely job with the colors and layout! Here are a few suggestions that could help enhance your listing and attract more guests:
⭐
1. Strengthen Your Cover Photo Order
Your first 5 photos should tell the “story” of the home. I’d recommend placing your strongest wide-angle shots first (living room → kitchen → main bedroom → bathroom → outdoor). Guests decide within seconds, so the flow matters.
⭐
2. Add More Lifestyle Details Under Each Section
In your listing description and photo captions, try adding what guests can do in each area:
This helps guests picture themselves there.
⭐
3. Highlight Amenities More Clearly
If you offer things like board games, fitness items, or workspace areas, make sure they are clearly shown and listed. Guests love seeing unique touches.
⭐
4. Consider a Welcome Basket or Small Gift Touch
Not required, but guests appreciate a warm welcome. Even simple items like snacks, water bottles, or a thank-you card make a difference.
⭐
5. Improve Your Listing Description Flow
Try to keep your description in three parts:
That format helps improve booking confidence.
⭐
6. Check Your Pricing Strategy
Make sure your pricing stays competitive for your market. Even a small adjustment can help boost your listing in search results, especially if you’re new.
If you’d like, I can take a deeper look at your photos and help you rearrange them in the best order for conversions. Just let me know — happy to help! 😊

Hi @Jannett22 !
Thank you for sharing your airbnb space. I agree with the comments that you can improve the lighting of your photos to have a better definition and a more luminous vibe. I think that another great addition would be a quick explanation of the gym and swimmingpool access along the line of "pool is a 3 minutes' walk and open 24 hrs year long" or something like that. I also noticed a minor spelling mistake of the word "wit" for "with" in the introduction. Good luck with your airbnb, it going to take off soon!
