Hallo. I have had good reviews and no guests through this app this year. What should i do?
I am not sure how to show that I can host 3 guests. 1 queen bed room that fits 2 and a couch in the living room that fits one person

In host mode go to:

==>Listing
==>Listing basics
==>Number of guests = 3 and not 2
Up to you whether you decide to charge extra for the use of the sofa bed or if you just have a flat fee for the whole listing. But if you want to charge an extra guest fee go to:
==>Pricing and availability
==>Additional charges
==>Extra guest fee EDIT

@Gabriela1455 You can't actually charge extra for the use of the sofa bed if it's part of your listing. You need to price your listing as if it's being used.
You can charge extra for the 3rd guest, but that does not mean the sofa bed won't get used with only 2 guests.
You will, more often than not, get 2 guests who are not partners and will request the use of sofa bed.
Just in case you want to add the extra guest fee, you go to listing, edit, pricing and availability and towards the bottom above taxes you will see "extra guest fee" and you can enter a nightly fee for guests above 2.
how and where do I indicate that I will charge for a 3rd guest?
each guest needs a bracelet to be in the pool area so I would need to know if I should leave 2 versus 3 bracelets
@Gabriela1455 You only need to change it the extra guest section and when they put in their number in the reservation the charge will change.
In terms of how many guests, that is something you have to confirm with the guest every single time.
After each booking, I send the guest an email (automated now) that asks please confirm how many will be in your party, and what is your eta etc.
I also i make sure to tell them I need this number because one it's required, but also to be able to leave them the correct number of sheets, towels etc. So you can mention the pool bracelet in your message. you can say, I need to know the exact number. Hope this helps
