Hi. I’m a year old but I’m still not getting too many guests . I have three decent 4-5 star reviews but I hope to get more guests. Do suggest anything that might help me do that.

I think the location might be out of the way. I wonder about the pricing too but I feel for all the services I’m offering it seems fair. Would love to know your views.

Hello @Sonia1710

Jim and Caroline here we  just like to touch base with you and congratulate you on a wonderful looking listing and three great reviews. You also seem to be competitively priced.

Keep an eye on events that might be happening close by & mention them in your description. For example #sporting events #tourist hotspots # Beach destinations # Food events & concerts etc ..

Perhaps offer a good weekly rate & monthly rate & keep an eye on your competition.

Respectfully/ Jim & Caroline

oops Sonja☺️

Thank you , I will😊

Hey there! I am not familiar with your area so I do not know about how many people stay in that area and how the market works, however one thing that usually goes a long way in any sort of real estate is how “bright and lit up” the photos are. I am no expert at photos and we learned early on that photos sell listings. We always hire a real estate photographer to take photos of homes we list. I don’t know how they end up so much better than our iPhone photos, but they do. It makes everything brighter, more colorful, and that ends up looking bigger and more inviting. First photo is most important! 🙂 hope this helps!

@Benjamin1339 @Sonia1710 Airbnb has a service at no cost to host to take professional photos. Made a appointment and abt wk a photographer came out.  She told me to download the pics so I could use them.  They do expire.   Also I was told to move pics.  The more activity the rental has the quicker it pops up in searches.

Thank you, I didn’t know that.

Hi @Sonia1710 @Annie1733 , due to safety concerns, we refrain from allowing members to share their email addresses or contact information publicly as per the Community Center Guidelines.

However, I would recommend you share your contact information with each other by going into the other person's profile and clicking on the send message button.

Sharing a community center tip as well 😉 : To tag members and notify them of your message, just type "@" and their name will pop up. This ensures they get notified of your comment on your thread! 😊

Hope the above tips help!

Hello, You have to have comfortable prices initially. Little by little you can increase the price.

Hi, Sonja1710! Your pictures look great! I’m not familiar with your area or your pricing, but you might create an Instagram and Facebook page for your rental called The Studio….ask all your friends to ‘like’ it. Share pictures of the unit and events happening in and around the location of the unit. Ask your friends to share your posts. You might even pay to boost posts if there is a good event in the area. It took us a couple of years to build a decent clientele.  I wish you all the best!
