Started a Lake view Homestay in the year of 2021 at Alappey, Kerala, India, but due to pandemic affected very badly. As this season its picking up slowly, but again the new variant of Omicron detected several parts of India and scared the further impact of business loss and can't afford more.
I wish I had reassuring things to say, I know how badly India has been suffering. We are not done with the pandemic yet, and you will have to ride it out or change. Long term rental, sell it, something else? I sold mine early this year, I took a gamble this was going to go very badly and not be over in a hurry. You will have to do some maths. Your listing looks lovely.
