Homeless/meth users encampment right outside of property

We have a homeless/meth users encampment right in front of the condo. This is happening all around California right now. There are like 10-15 people gathering and smoking meth and going high, just eating, defecating in front of the condo. We called cops a couple times, but neither the city does nothing about it. They keep coming back. And obviously no one wants to stay in a condo because of this. Did this happen to anyone? Any ideas on how to fix this?

@AZ-Housing0 sadly all you can do is elect a government that will actually enforce laws in your state/city.

Isn't it sad that in wealthy areas like ours there are still so many with nowhere to live.

we really must do better. 

Get together with neighbours and help  fund support for those experiencing homelessness /drug addiction @AZ-Housing0
