Hello , i am new to Airbnb hosting . We have our listing active and have just recently had an enquiry ( our First booking ) . It appears that we pay AirBNB 27€ ( 10% ) per night .I thought it was the gusts who paid a commission .
i have realised there are different options Ie . Split fees etc nut i can’t seem to find where i can change this or can this not be changed ?
Thank you

Your profile says "Guest" so we are not able to take a look at your listing to determine the fees. Can you post a link to your listing here?
If you have a question regarding anything on the platform, you can do a search the Airbnb Help Center:

Hi @Kirt39
When you click the reservation it shows an itimised breakdown: "Guest paid" and below that "Host payout". Do you see the 27€ under host payout in the service fee line? If you're on the spilt fee setting, the guest paid breakdown will also show a service fee, but it will be larger.
Hi @Kirt39,
Welcome to the community!
Have you managed to review the kind of fee set for your listing, following the guidance of Joan and Shelley? If you need any more help, please let us know and I'm sure we can find a solution together. 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie
