How Change Listing Photo?

My listing is a private basement apartment. I live upstairs (the main floor). The Airbnb Listing on mobile shows, "MCM Basement Suite/Attached Garage. Entire Guest Suite in Pittsburgh."  And the photo is a view of my house, including the lower level garage door.  I want to change this photo. It gives a "mixed message." I have had at least 3 or 4 people misunderstand the listing and expect to book the whole house. Of course if they did a little digging it would be clear, but not everyone is detail-oriented.

How do I get that listing photo changed? I tried to move photos around in on my listing page, but could not change the leading photo. Others could be moved or deleted, but not that one. Does anyone know?

One photo of all the available photo's is the main photo (cover photo). 

In the photo tour choose "all photo's",then they all are displayed. One of them is labeled as "cover photo".

Select another photo, the one you wish to make the new "cover photo". Then choose button "make cover photo".

If desired you can delete ("move to trashcan") the old cover photo.
