@Fletcher19 You and the owner need a contract setting out who does what and who gets paid what. Then the best thing for the owner is to list in their name and set you up as a co host.

Thanks Mike so how can I find owners so I have to list properties. Would I need to post and if so how do I do that. Do I list my availability and what do I say.
