Hello all,
I've been hosting for 4 months now and last month, over 3 apartments, my income was £0. I see that one of my apartments s high on the listings but the other two are on pages 3 and 9 respectively. I'm aware it may be slow but there are are events around South Yorkshire and no one is booking any f the 3 properties! any tips?

IMO - Title, Description and Photos play a huge role in listing performance and getting clicks.
Make sure to avoid any special characters like |, & etc in the title, also include only permanent features in the title (no interim deals etc in the title)
Same with Description - make sure to give clear crisp description on what you offer.
Photos - real professional photos are key and how you arrange the photos for potential guests to navigate makes a difference.
And then, make sure your pricing is right for the amenities you provide and in line with market with similar listings.
Have you looked into supply and demand for your sort of listing in your location for this time of year @Yemi70
who do you see as your target market for these properties?
have you checked your pricing against your competitors?
Are you promoting you STR business across all relevant STR platforms and set yourself up to take direct bookings .
Hi @Yemi70 😊,
Welcome to the community center and thank you for asking this question here!
I'm sorry about the slow bookings.
In addition to what Helen said, to get better support from our host community, I recommend requesting a listing critique. It can help you understand why you're not receiving bookings.
If you're interested, just check out this article 👉 How to ask for listing critique on the Community Center.
