How to block a single day ...

Hi folks would someone be kind enough to take some time and explain to me how to block One Single day. I'm a new host and on Friday have booked an Airbnb professional photographer [affiliated with this platform] I do not want to waste this chance and have someone book that day [Friday, 11 November] I did some looking around, few people explained this for others [mostly was many days, not One] and still what they say or even show in pics I can't see on my laptop/ listing. thanks to all, in advance. Go to your calendar select the day, on the right hand side you will see "Unavailable" click that

Can you direct me to how to access that, I cant see calendar as a Host same way it appears to Guests [booking, prices, availability etc] in order to select a day.All I see with rgds to a calendar is this  [print screen]
