How to list a condo that can be rented as a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom unit

I am new to the Airbnb community. I haven’t launched my property yet because of this question.  I own a 3 bed 3 bath condo.  The 2 bed and 2 bath are located in the main area with the living room, kitchen, and dining rooms. A 3rd bed and bath is located just next door with its own private entrance. It is like a suite with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.  So I can rent out as a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condo.  How do I list this?  Do I have to make separate listings for each scenario and if so, how are reservations managed?

You need to create  a listing for each room or combination of rooms you want to offer seperatelly.

Hi @Shannon751 ,

I am curious if you got any other feedback.  I have this same situation.  I want to know can I list it so that my potential guests can choose and it will shut down the calendar for the other two options?
