Just started the Airbnb journey. Would like to know how to separate our 2 upstairs rooms to list them separately? I believe I did not do it correctly. Any help in getting started would be greatly appreciated!
You need to create a listing for each room you want to offer.
(or for a combination of rooms you want to offer, like the current listing is)
You will have then 3 listings and need to link the calenders to prevent double bookings.

Hello @Tim4881
There's another helpful Airbnb link just below which is a must read if you haven't come across it yet as you need to be very clear which spaces are shared with you and with other guests:

Hi @Tim4881
Listing structure
Defined shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, living room)
Then link calendars so you don’t get double bookings.
Always a good idea to turn on Professional Hosting Tools so you can you the multicalendar to keep track of the calendars (only available on a computer - not the App):

Also, use caution as only reservations will block the calendars appropriately. If you wish to block dates for personal use or maintenance, you would have to manually block all the calendars as needed to prevent a double booking.
Thank you so much for sharing these additional tips, Joan. @Tim4881 , please keep us posted if you have any further questions.
