Hello everyone, I’ve been interested in learning more about airbnb arbitrage and I really want to start hosting just need advice and guidance.

@Jennille0 You may find it incredibly hard to find a landlord willing to allow you to Short Term Rental their place. Certainly be upfront with your plans when you contact the potential landlord. 

Also hosts are reporting a slowdown in demand for STR. There is quite a risk involved for you if you commit to a place and then can't rent it out.
